RegVault

Terms of Service

Last updated: October 17, 2026

1. Who we are and these terms

RegVault is operated by RegVault LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company with its address at 1621 Central Ave #8277, Cheyenne, WY 82001, USA ("RegVault", "we", "us"). RegVault provides consolidated texts, version histories and comparisons of vehicle regulations.

These terms apply when you create a RegVault account or use a RegVault trial or subscription. If you agree on behalf of a company or other organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind it, and "you" means that organization.

2. The free trial

The free trial lasts 14 days from the day you confirm your email address and ends at the end of the 14th day in your time zone. During the trial you can read every regulation and version available in RegVault, compare versions, and make up to 5 PDF downloads.

Trials are for professional use with a work email address, one trial per person. We do not ask for payment details, and the trial does not turn into a paid subscription. We may extend, shorten or end a trial, or change what it includes.

3. Paid plans

Paid plans are agreed separately in an order or quote. These terms apply to a paid plan unless that agreement says otherwise.

4. Your account

Give accurate information and keep it up to date. Keep your password safe. An account is for one person — do not share it. You are responsible for activity under your account. RegVault is for business use only.

5. Acceptable use

You may not scrape, bulk-download or copy RegVault content by automated means; redistribute, resell or publish RegVault content; circumvent the trial limits or security features; or use RegVault to build a competing product or dataset.

You also may not reverse engineer or try to extract the source code of RegVault, test the security of RegVault without our written permission, or use RegVault in any unlawful way.

6. Content and accuracy

RegVault prepares consolidated texts and comparisons from official sources. They are provided for information and to support your work. The official texts published by UNECE and the European Union prevail. Check the official publications before relying on a text for type approval, legal or compliance decisions.

7. Intellectual property

The RegVault service, software, layouts, comparisons and our own content belong to RegVault. Official regulation texts remain subject to the terms of their publishers. These terms give you a limited, personal right to use RegVault during your trial or subscription.

If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them freely and without obligation to you.

8. Confidentiality of your information

We treat the information in your account as confidential and handle it as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Emails

We send emails about your account (for example, password resets) and about your trial (a welcome email and reminders before and after it ends). You can unsubscribe from trial emails at any time with the link in each email; account emails still arrive.

10. Suspension and ending

Your trial ends automatically. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or to protect the service and other users. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

When access ends, your right to use RegVault ends. Sections that by their nature should continue — such as intellectual property, disclaimers, liability and governing law — continue after that.

11. Disclaimers

RegVault is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we give no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, and we do not promise that the texts are free of errors or that the service will be uninterrupted.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses or lost profits, or for decisions made using RegVault content without checking the official texts. Our total liability for all claims is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 100.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Indemnity

You will cover claims brought against us by a third party that result from your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of RegVault.

14. Export controls and sanctions

You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to comprehensive sanctions and are not on a restricted party list, and you will not use RegVault in violation of export control or sanctions laws.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. The state and federal courts located in Laramie County, Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes about these terms. Nothing in these terms limits rights that mandatory law gives you where you live.

16. Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version. If a change is material, we will give you reasonable notice, for example by email or in the product, before it applies to you. Continuing to use RegVault after a change takes effect means you accept it.

17. General

You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a merger or sale of our business. If we do not enforce a right, that is not a waiver of it. If a part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These terms, together with any order or quote and the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about RegVault. Neither of us is liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. If these terms are translated, the English version controls.
