UN Regulation No. 151 (ECE R151) — Uniform provisions concerning the approval of motor vehicles with regard to the Blind Spot Information System for the Detection of Bicycles.

This UN Regulation does not apply to vehicles of category Y (para. 1.3.). It also does not apply to vehicles of category X without a manual mode which is intended to be operated on-board the vehicle.

Paragraph 5.1. now has provisions, as appropriate, for a vehicle equipped with a means to automatically deactivate the BSIS.

Paragraph 5.3.1.4. now says that the information signal must not be visible before the first point of information. It must be given between the first point of information and the last point of information.
