New Part II covers CRS approved to UN Regulations Nos. 129 or 44 which may be installed in a bus seat with a 2-point belt. These CRS must fulfil the overturning and dynamic test requirements in the test bench of Annex 12.

The Introduction now names CRS approved according to UN Regulation No. 129 or UN Regulation No. 44. The requirements of this UN Regulation do not apply to these CRS.
