References to R.E.3 in footnotes 1 and 3

Footnote 1 on the Consolidated Resolution on the Construction of Vehicles (R.E.3.) now cites document ECE/TRANS/WP.29/78/Rev.8, with a new web address. Before, it cited Rev.6. Paragraphs 0.1. and 1.1. refer to footnote 1. In the text that GRSG sent to WP.29, the footnote said “Rev.8, para. 2”. AC.1 adopted ECE/TRANS/WP.29/2026/130 as amended by Annex VI of ECE/TRANS/WP.29/1192, which gives the footnote without “para. 2”. Footnote 3 to paragraph 4.4.1. refers to Annex 3 to R.E.3 and now cites Rev. 8 instead of Rev.6, with a new web address.
