- For an AFS, paragraph 7.1. now also refers to the photometric test procedures in Annex 4 to UN Regulation No. 149.
- The bend lighting sentence of paragraph 7.1. now also names headlamps of classes A, B or D of UN Regulation No. 149.
- Why
- The references to UN Regulation No. 149 were missed during Stage 1 of the simplification process.

For an AFS, the cleaning efficiency provision now also applies to the photometric test procedures in Annex 4 to UN Regulation No. 149. Before this supplement, it named only Annex 9 to Regulation No. 123. The sentence on headlamps providing bend lighting now also names classes A, B or D of UN Regulation No. 149. Before this supplement, it named only headlamps of Regulation No. 98 or 112. These headlamps must be set for the test in a straightforward direction.
“Figure” label for the diagram of measuring points
The adopted text adds the word “Figure” before the title “Diagram of Measuring Points on a Screen”.
