Annex 3 now refers to ISO 10844:2021 for the test track surface, in place of ISO 10844:2014.

In Annex 3, the surface of the test track must now conform to ISO 10844:2014 only, not to the requirements of Annex 5.

Paragraph 1 now says that pure electric vehicles, including vehicles with auxiliary electric propulsion, are not in the scope of this Regulation.
