UN R106 change reports — Tyres for agricultural vehicles
UN Regulation No. 106 (ECE R106) — Uniform provisions concerning the approval of pneumatic tyres for agricultural vehicles and their trailers.
00 series
- 00 series — Supplement 22
Paragraph 1.1. now says tyres “designed primarily” for agricultural and forestry vehicles in categories T, R and S, in place of “designed primarily, but not only,”.
- 00 series — Supplement 21
Paragraph 1.2.1. now excludes tyres with speed category symbols higher than “E”, that is, speeds higher than 70 km/h. Before, the limit was “D” and 65 km/h.
- 00 series — Supplement 19
Tyre markings no longer have to be moulded during manufacture. The markings of paragraph 3.1. and the approval mark must be clearly legible, indelible and raised above or sunk below the tyre surface.
