The surface of the test track in Annex 3 must now conform to ISO 10844:2021 instead of ISO 10844:2014.

In Annex 6, paragraph 3.1., the Type Approval Authority as well as the Technical Service now “shall request” tests on compliance with paragraph 2.

The vehicle type to be approved must meet the requirements of new Annex 6 on additional sound emission provisions (ASEP). Annex 6 applies to vehicles of category L4 and L5 with PMR >50.
