- What changed
- Annex 4A, Appendix 3, paragraph 2. now has a new opening sentence. For test and measurement equipment compliant with the technical requirements of UN GTR No. 15, that UN GTR's maintenance and calibration requirements may be followed.
- In all other cases, the requirements that follow apply.

- UN GTR No. 15 has brought all maintenance and calibration requirements up to date, to reflect the capabilities of state-of-the-art equipment.
- UN Regulation No. 83 should be updated to recognise the equipment in WLTP capable laboratories. The aim is to remove the risk that equipment has to be calibrated more often than necessary.
